Any advice or help would be great 😳

For over a week I've not felt myself, have had stomach cramps everyday(nauseous), less bowel movements, aching boobs and my legs feel so heavy. Two days ago I had the sharpest pain during the night on the right side of my belly for a few hours, never felt anything like it 😰 I am currently ttc, period is due this week 😳 Anyone think I may be pregnant?
