Sexting In The Digital Age

Sexting - The sending or receiving of sexually explicit or sexually suggestive images, messages, or video via a cellphone or the Internet.
I know most teens do it and sometimes they can't help it, the hormones, the testosterone, the sexual desires you have when you first fall in love. But not everyone sexts of course, it's a very intimate thing between two people but it can go wrong just by sending something to the wrong person. We all need to be careful online and know who to trust.
My first experience with Sexting was at 16, I received an unsolicited dick pick which was a huge surprise of course. But it was on snapchat so I had no hold of it, it was gone in less than 10 seconds.
My second experience with Sexting was when I was 17 and fell fall a boy that went to my school, we shared many pictures through snapchat. He saw my boobs (covered my nipples), my bum (wearing a thong), pretty much everything except my vagina. I saw his dick a few times.
My third experience with Sexting was with another boy I fell fall but he didn't go to my school, well he used to. I sent him the most pics he rarely sent pics but I was in love for real this time and it was something I felt like doing for some reason, in my mind I thought if he has all these pics of me and screenshots them then he will keep thinking of me and will be mine for the long run... I thought wrong.

My fourth experience with Sexting is with someone current, I am now 18 years old and looking back I feel as though I made wrong choices with Sexting. I wish I never sexted to be quite honest. Boys just want one thing in my eyes. It's rare to find someone that only what's you for your personality and doesn't even talk about sex.
Snapchat is always the place for Sexting don't we all agree? Millennials have a whole range of social media platforms they can use to sext and it's becoming common for explicit pictures to be exposed just by sending them to the wrong person even if you thought they loved you.
I still worry about my pictures and where they are now. I told them all to delete them and hopefully they did, but I know that pictures never actually delete. They're somewhere in the galaxy.
I hope every girl on here knows their true value, don't ever let a boy force you to do something you're not comfortable with. It is YOUR decision, don't feel like you have to please them with revealing pictures so they can love you. A man will not view you as a sexual object if he loves you, he will not ask for you to take revealing pictures for him. He will feel complete just by having you in his life.
Please comment your thoughts I will appreciate it so much. Xo
