Contractions timer

Kerine • Im a First Time Mommy Expecting A Baby Girl On October 25, Im Currently In School For Early Childhood Education..
My timer says im in the second stage of labor but im kinda confused by it 🤔 i have contractions but some aren't intense. Can someone give me advice on this? Should i call labor and delivery?
