My boyfriend has recently been second guessing our relationship a lot. He says he loves me and doesn't want to lose me, but he also isn't completely sure if he loves me in a romantic way. We've been dating for a little over 10 months and it's been wonderful up to this point. We don't fight, we always figure out how to talk things out, we have a lot of fun, and have always been very supportive of each other. Like he knows logically that our relationship is great, but he's just not sure he's feeling it. We both recently started college and have been under a great deal of personal stress and I'm really hoping this is just a rough spot and that it will pass and things will be fine, we've never had any issues like this before, but I'm also really really scared to lose him. We're on a break right now, only for a few days, but this whole thing is still scary and really hurts. I'd appreciate any advice on how I should navigate this whole thing
