could I be pregnant?

I am on extended cycle birth control pills (4 periods a year) and I was supposed to get my period 2 weeks ago. It never came and I'm worried I could be pregnant. I have missed a few pills but I always took them the next day. And I had trouble remembering to take them at the exact same time. My boyfriend pretty much always pulls out. Could missing my period be a side effect of my pill?
