"Pop" but no water?

I'm sorry if this is TMI. I was laying in bed when I heard and felt a small pop in my vaginal area (not around the bones). It alarmed me like my water was breaking but I haven't had any gush or even any leaking yet. I'm 36 weeks today and have no clue what it could've been. Can anyone offer some insight? My OB's office is closed and the closest hospital that offers OB services is an hour away, and my husband works nights underground so I'm a little stuck here.
