Missed period, negative blood test, where to start?

TTC 4 months and have never missed a period in my life. Missed my predicted AF on 4/25, BNP all weekend, and negative blood testing today so definitely not pregnant. Without a period, how do you predict your next ovulation time? I have home OPKs but by the time they're positive it's too late. Thanks ladies!

If ovulation was delayed this month (stress, etc) it will mean your period comes later than normal. The time between the start of your cycle and ovulation can vary, time between ovulation and period usually pretty consistent. For example I am always around 12-13 days ovulation to period.
