Ever since I've been told by more then just my husband that I possibly have PPD, I can't seem to sleep at night. My mind races. I want & need sleep, & as a new mom of an 8 week old, I should knock out no problem. This is only at night. I need help because I want to soon get my son who I've been ebf on demand, on a schedule & that can't happen if I don't get out of bed until around noonish everyday..
