I got a Skyla IUD put in last Thursday (the 20th I believe) and my doctor did tell me that the honeymoon phase of it would involve a lot of cramping and pain however I'm starting to get worried because the pain has gotten worse and worse and the days go on and today is by far the worst and it comes and goes similar to labor pains. I can feel the stabbing pains both where you'd usually get period cramps and then "inside" if that makes sense. Has anyone else had this problem with the IUD? Is it normal? I don't want to bother my doctor unless it's absolutely necessary because she's super busy with other patients lately (it's baby season apparently). Thank you in advance ladies.
