weight gain
Hey guys i just wanted some opinions if anyone was overweight/obese (on the BMI scale) before getting pregnant. I was told I'm obese even though I am a really active person and before I was pregnant I was riding (horse) everyday.Â
The doctors were so mean about it all it really got me down and so I was immediately put onto consultant led care because of my weight.Â
I am 30 weeks tomorrow and have put on 1 stone 9lbs and I'm terrified I'm putting too much weight on.Â
I really feel like I've let myself and my baby down but I don't know what else I can do differently. Just feeling so down and disappointed :(. There's no way I will be able to used the brand new birthing suite in the hospital now and will have to go to the 25 year old labour ward apparently. I just feel like they're punishing me and I hate it. Is anyone else feeling like this or is it simply just me?Â
