These itchy patches randomly appear on my arms and chest I have no idea what from. I haven't changed soap etc just wondering if anyone knows what it is?

I had a bad break out when I was about 4 months pregnant. Mine didn't itch or anything but it was all over my body. I ended up going to the er and they told me to take benadryl. But I would see a doc if you're real worried or it doesn't clear up soon.
