Uktrasound & gender reveal at 14wks..

So I'm 14 wks and my doctor won't give me an ultrasound until 20wks. I've only had one so far at 6wks. I've only had one miscarriage so they dnt classify me as high risk. She said I'll get an US at 20wks and 30wks. I really wanna know the gender ASAP I'm dying to know lol 6 wks feels like forevvveerr. Anyone else's doctor only give out a few umtrasounds?? I'm confused. with my first born I had way more ultrasounds.
