choosing scheduled c-section day?

I am due February 7th but will have to deliver via c-section due to two previous ones. Other c-section mamas, have you picked your date yet? Or when did you get to pick your day of delivery??

They let you chose ASAP . I've done mine already at like 17 weeks . It's set for feb 15 . The doctor wanted it way ahead of schedule . So no you don't normally wait till you're super far I would ask

They will schedule you when you hit 39 weeks or a day or 2 after.

I have had my c-section scheduled since my very 1st appt at 6 weeks.  I'm due Feb. 15th and my c-section is scheduled for Feb. 8th.  They will not schedule for sooner than 39 weeks if there are no complications requiring you to deliver earlier than that.
