Something's not right!

I had my annual a month ago and was checked for endometriosis and ovarian cysts and everything was normal. In the past week I've had 3 negative tests including first response. My fiancé noticed the changes last week and told me I'm pregnant but the tests say no and my doctor is booked until January. I don't know where to turn.
