Can I gear up to ovulate twice?

So last Monday 10/17 I took a clear blue advanced ovulation test and got my peak solid smiley. I've been feeling a little off the last few days, like food aversions, pelvic cramps and fatigue so I took another ovulation test this morning and it was peak solid smiley. Can I ovulated twice so close together? What's going on?

You can gear up to ovulate and fail so your body will try again. You can also have multiple LH surges without ovulating. Opks do not guarantee ovulation will happen
