ridiculously early pregnancy symptoms?

We've been TTC #2 for 5 months now. I started to do ovulation test and rcvd a positive Thursday 10/20. We did the deed that Tuesday before and that Thursday night. Friday night went to bed early at 930p because I was exhausted. I woke up several times and at 2am I couldn't go back to sleep. My heart rate was racing and haven't really felt stressed so this was weird. I'm always a good sleeper and never have I not been able to go back to sleep like Friday night. I ended up going pee 3 times that night as well. Saturday morning I brushed my teeth and had bleeding gums which I haven't experienced since my last pregnancy. Sunday I had bleeding gums again. So here I am about 3dpo and going out of my mind. Could it be very early pregnancy symptoms? Anyone else experience this and got a BFP?
