"Happy feelings?"

So I was having lower back "pulling pains and felt nauseous for about 20 min. Then I got this weird tingly happy (best way I can describe it) feeling throughout my body, prominent in my pelvic area. Am I crazy or has anyone else experienced this? I'm only 4dpo
