15 and just found out I'm pregnant with twins

I went to planned parenthood and got an ultrasound and it turns out I'm pregnant with twins. (Read other posts for more of a backstory) I was planning on taking the abortion pill because I really don't want to go through a d and e abortion but will the pills still work if there's 2 babies instead of one. Any advice or input from someone who's gone through something similar?
