Nightmares from prenatal vitamins????

Question

Has anyone ever had vivid nightmares while on prenatal vitamins? I take them right before I go to bed (not pregnant yet). Am I alone in this?

Just to let you guys know the nightmares have faded since I stopped taking the vitamins.

Maybe u should take them in the morning that way by night time they are dissolved. And I recommend using fertility aid I used it two week before ovulation and test strips I'm 5 wks now so idk good luck

Prenatals make me sick! No nightmares but they don't agree with me. OB has me taking 2-3 flintstone vitamins a day instead, says they are just as good. If it bothers you, try that! Not to get your hopes up, but I've heard vivid dreams can be an early sign of pg and my friend who just got her BFP swears she had crazy dreams before she knew she was pg. GL!!!

Yup, some of the B vitamins are probably giving you vivid dreams.

Yep! Me too. My doc put me on materna and sometimes I'm up sweating in the middle of the night thinking someone is watching me! It's horrible. I too have been taking them earlier in the day - but so far hasn't worked!

​I do know it's also an early sign of pregnancy! I started getting nightmares around the time of ovulation so I'm pretty sure it's not that! But taking them earlier hasn't helped either! Still getting them!
