Getting Induced -

I'm 37+3 & haven't dialated AT ALL. I'm a FTM, so my next appt is Monday 10-31. I'll be 38+3 & will be asking to be induced.. anyone have any comments about it? Good bad? Yes no? Safe dangerous? Just need some insight so I don't make the "wrong decision" I'm just so ready to meet my baby!
