Need some info

Sooo Im about a week late on AF and ive taken a test last Wednesday and it was a neg. Now today I went into a gyno and did a urine test there(since it was free) and they said it was negative too(mind you I came in 15 mins or so before they closed and they judge me as soon as I walked in, I just could hear them talk about me as I was submitting my test and then again while waiting for results)...I have been having some cramps here and there, and my AF normally starts like clock work every month with some spotting to show its coming...

Im really bummed from my experiance from today and feel really discouraged to test again...On another note I dont have insurance to get blood work done and I had a MC back in Feburary 🚼🙈🙏😫
