Condom vs No Condom

My husband and I (married almost 4 months) have always had sex with a condom on. Since I'm also on the pill (we are still in college and not interested in having babies right away), we decided to try having sex with no condom. I'm just wondering how to deal with post sex semen. Does it just fall out on its own?
