High Risk Pregnancy

We are ttc for our 1st baby. I have been told I would have a high risk pregnancy, due to several medical conditions and requiring heart medication. Can Anyone who has had high risk pregnancy, tell me what to expect? Also any ever needed lovenox shots while pregnant?
