Wet nurse

SCENARIO: You and your husband have two small beautiful children, one being a newborn (~1mo old). Unfortunately, during your pregnancy, your family fell into unexpected financial hardship. The savings have been drained, no support from family, so you have to return to work as soon as possible if you want to keep a roof over your head. Within a week of giving birth, you've got a job M-F 8-5. Your husband also works during the day. The day before you start, your husband's new puppy chews up your breast pump, and you can't afford another one right now. You hire a clean and trusted family member to watch the kids during the day. You can afford some formula, but it's a strain on your already tight budget and it's not enough to last as long as it should. During training, one of your coworkers notices your engorged breasts are causing you pain and you briefly tell her your story. She suggests having the babysitter also serve as a wet nurse. Would you? If not, what would you do?
*This is not my story, though it is a true scenario.
