Hey ladies. My baby will be two days old today (born Sunday night) and I still don't have even a drop of colostrum. He's in the NICU and hasn't latched so I'm pumping around the clock. Pumping and going back and forth to see him is exhausting and so disappointing since I'm not getting anything. Has anyone taken longer than a day to get colostrum in? The nurses keep telling me it's ok and it'll come in not to stress. Just looking for stories of advice. Thank you! Ps-I was 40+3 so he's full term.
