Is it dangerous...
Lately I've been having so much trouble trying to sleep at night. I usually end up going off around 4am and waking around 1O am. Last night I couldn't get to sleep at all and even though I'm knackered now I'm just too uncomfortable to sleep even though it's nine in the morning. I'm just a bit worried that my limited sleep is dangerous to baby. Does anyone know what affect this could be having or could put my mind at ease.
Also if anyone has any tips I would really appreciate it.
My pelvis has misaligned now the baby is low which is why it's a bit of a pain getting off, though I've taken to making a crazy pillow fort (poor husband) to prop myself upright more which really helps.
