7 months Braxton hicks are killing me , I have a period type cramps and few times a day I have to change as I feel like Iv wet my self does anybody else have this ??????

Same here! I get occasional period type cramps and recently I've been finding my underwear soaked. 😩

I do. I'm 29+5 with my sixth and have never had Braxton hicks this early on. My 'discharge' has changed from what has been normal to me, to a more liquid and more frequent discharge. I also get an intense pressure like I have to poo and it hurts! I still feel my little lady moving like crazy so I'm pretty sure she's fine. I have an apt next week and plan to ask about it

The cramps😩 and the wet underwear! I have to change underwear 2 times a day. I just bought pads today so hopefully that will help.

I have this also and I'm 28+2 with baby #5. It's definently not fun! I have had this early on with all but my first pregnancy. My midwife suggested to take magnesium when they start and get a bit to frequent for my liking and it usually helps calm them down a bit. I have gone into preterm labor with my 3 oldest and the hospital give you a large dose of magnesium to help settle things. I use Natural Calm it doesn't taste bad and is mixed with water so it absorbs faster. Sounds bad but glad I'm not the only one  who deals with this
