gynecologist appointment. HELPP
Tomorrow I have my first appointment, I am terrified/nervous 😱😱😱 I scheduled for an annual exam. What does this typically consist of? I am 20 so I won't have a Pap smear. How do you get through the pelvic exam, this seeems horrifying. HELP any suggestions please
