We had our November baby early on October 19th at 35 weeks. I had pre-eclampsia at 32 weeks and got really sick. I ended up in the hospital and delivered a week later. I never knew how hard it would be to have a early baby. He has been in the NICU since day 1, it's so hard to see him in there and not feel like he'd be better off in my belly still growing. It's hard not to feel responsible even though I know there was nothing I could do. He is only working on feeding and getting his oxygen to 100%. He is off the oxygen and breathing on his own unassisted, just a sleepy little boy.
