So I've been told that the start of labour is extremely bad period like pains. I used to suffer with really really bad period pains where I had to bend forward and hold my stomach to try and ease the pain and was sometimes sick with it so I'm a bit unsure what to expect when I start with labour as I'm a ftm and don't know what to expect when I used to suffer really bad from them. Any advice please? ??
