I have Ovarian Cysts

I have removed my cysts tru c section..it was a smooth surgery But the doc did mention i have a swelling near the edge of my fallopian tube (near where the cysts was attached to, between the tube & ovary)

Im unable to.concieve for a year now and Ive been thinking was it the swelling or was it the cysts?
