AF due today and no sign of her but getting BFN 😩😩😩

Today my cycle was supposed to start but there is no usual sign of her. I'm 10dpo now and tested this morning with fmu and it was negative. I'm honestly not having any pms or pregnancy symptoms. The only strange things that happened is I had cramps 2 days ago that were really intense I had to get in a warm bath and the pain also shot down my leg but only lasted 15 minutes...oh and I've been getting Charlie horses in my sleep, which the only time I've gotten Charlie horses was when I was pregnant with my first. Is it still too early to test because I'm only 10dpo, even tho I'm supposed to get my cycle today?
