First period postpartum

So I gave birth 7 weeks ago...and just started my first period postpartum yesterday. It's horrible! I'm having cramps and a backache. And oh my goodness I've never had a period this heavy, ever! It's a little scary 😢 Anyone else experiencing this? 😭
