I'm 39 weeks today!
I'm 39 weeks today but how do I know if I've been dialated. I've been having a lot of cramping the past 3 days but no contractions just pressure down there when I'm on my feet and extremely tired. What do you ladies think? Also how do you know if your belly has dropped I can't really tell.
