This is my first time using it! But third time for caster oil which I'll start on Sunday... I'm only a fingertip dilated 😔😔😔buuuut I never dialated honestly with my last two until actual labor started sooo maybe it's helping a little? Maybe?

Yo go girl! It's my first time trying the dr Christopher's birth prep. Have you used it before? Or is this your first time as well?

I'm doing all of these except castor oil. I haven't tried cinnamon tea but I've been drinking red raspberry leaf tea since the 2nd trimester. I started dates last week. I think I'm going to start evening primrose oil vaginally next week at 39 weeks. Evening primrose oil capsules inserted in your vagina at night so they'll dissolve to soften your cervix and you can take them by mouth.  Red raspberry leaf tea for toning the uterus.  6 dates a day, they have oxytocin like properties.  Sex - ejaculate can soften the cervix. Squats, walking or sitting on a birthing ball. Nipple stimulation  Castor oil but be careful it causes diarrhea and could make you dehydrated.  Clary sage essential oil, I recommend Young Living brand but you can get it from health food stores. Mix a few drops with coconut oil and rub it on your belly it can stimulate contractions.

Yeah I won't do castor oil unless my midwife advises to try it. I haven't heard good things about it.

The 'twas berry tea won't place you in labor. It will actually probably do the opposite. It's rich in magnesium which is a natural muscle relaxant!!!!

I did when I was scheduled to be induced (just the red raspberry leaf tea). I just wasn't close enough...though it didn't take much to induce. Lol.
