First Response curved having false positives?

Ok so my husband bought 1st response curved handle. He said he paid and the lady behind him told him that they have lots of false positives and to buy digital so we don't get our hopes up only to be not pregnant
. Now He's worried this is false. I told him it's too dark to be false positive.
