Taking temperature for ovulation?

So I went to the store to look for a thermometer to start doing my basal temperature for ovulation. Is there a special thermometer or can you use any thermometer?

Need a basal thermometer. I got mine at CVS - it was $12

The one is use only rounds to 1 digit so I ordered a better one from eBay they arnt expensive at all I made a mistake buying this one my charts inaccurate it was cheep though type in amazon or ebay basal thermometer x
