Too much fluid ???

Question

Went to my OB appt today and had an ultrasound. Doctor told me that I have too much fluid and needs to see me twice a week for ultrasound..   has anyone experienced this before in late pregnancy & what happened? I'm scared and 37 weeks. 3cm dialated.

Answer

I was told the same a few weeks back. Since, I've slightly decreased my liquid intake and have seen a gradual decrease in my fluid. They say too much is better than too little. Try not to worry.
