Help me ease my mind! Progesterone blood test CD21

So I am wondering if I should get excited or not. My first progesterone test was at a 12 my second one was at a 9 and then my third one was at a 6 then my current one was at 19.19. Doctor said he likes to see a 15 for a healthy pregnancy. So could i be pregnant already? What are the statistics... i cannot find any info...
