How early can I start to notice symptoms? I had sex 2 weeks ago and Ive been feeling nauseous, eating way too much, and my feet are swelling up and I havent got my period yet..just spotting. I'm scared to death.

Normally you don't begin to have an increased appetite until later in the pregnancy. In fact, for the first few months it is more common to have a decrease in appetite. I think you are fine, if you are scared you and always take a test to be sure :)
