spotting ? please please reply your thoughts .

I ovulated around the 12 th and 13 th this month and then exactly 7 days later I had some cramps but not to bad and then I had some spotting it was light pink and I checked my cervix and that was brown blood kinda . So could that have been implantation ? My period is supposed to come the 29 th or 30 th . My breast hurt really bad but that's also a huge pms symptom of mine :/
