I have a cold and can't stop scratching. my body

Has this ever happened to anyone else ? My body is killing. Me from how much I keep scratching I got rashes because of how much I scratched my whole body is full of it !!! FULLLLL it's so so so bad I can't stop scratching at all!! And on top of it I have a cold it gets worse 😫😫
