question!!

Ok so I'm 39 weeks today and I just went pee and when I wiped I had pinkish blood like not a lot but there when I wiped twice what should I do or what does that mean? It's 11:50 pm should I go into the doctor at this time? I'm very worried. Help please. Sorry for the nasty pic. But need answers!
