vitamin d drops

Has anyone ever heard of baby becoming very fussy after taking the supplement?  I exclusively breast feed, and I've been changing my diet thinking that it was something I've been eating. Well it occurred to me that the drops might be making my little one upset. I don't think he is gassy I just feel like he is on a sugar buzz or wired 3-4 hours after I give them to him. I use the di v sol ones.
