How to start pumping when EBF
Hi, FTM here and my daughter is a month old that I EBF. I wanted some advice on when and how to start pumping while also EBF for awhile then transition to bottles and breastfeeding. The pump overwhelms me a bit. But I'd like to get some supply in the freezer for just in case moments. Thanks in advance for any help.
