heart palpitations??

I'm 12 weeks 5 days and I've been having heart palpitations several times a day, for about 3 weeks now. They've gotten more frequent lately. It's starting to freak me out. I've also been breathless (I read that was normal though) and the palpitations seem worse when I'm like that. Anyone else had this problem?

I had my first one a few days ago heart was racing n I was sitting down and I started feeling dizzy I didn't get short of breath though I am 10 wks I will bring it up to my doc I wouldn't be to concerned. It's jus a really weird feeling

I am really suffering with heart palpitations and did in my last pregnancy too- don't know whether it is due to anxiety or what the body is going through x

I've been told it's so too hormones and caffeine intake. It usually will go away on its own if you stop caffeine and when hormones balance out.
