Insomnia
Please help me! My baby was 12 weeks yesterday and I just started back work this week. I struggle with anxiety and off and on while on leave I had nights where he slept great but I couldn't sleep. Because I was on leave I could catch up on sleep during his morning nap. Occasionally he will have a slip up, but for the most part he sleeps all night. I often find myself wide awake from 2-5am. I have to get up at 5 am for work. Any suggestions on how I can get more sleep or will it just have to run its course? I don't know how much longer I can endure this insomnia. I've tried going to bed earlier, counting sheep, and deep breathing. Thanks for your help!
