Im 25 weeks with twins. Today I noticed that my bump has dropped, it is much lower than it was before and I have cramps. Should I go to emergency? Is it something to worry about? Or its normal.

Mine dropped at 26 and I was at preterm labor risk at 27. I'd suggest to get your cervix checked. Not at the ER but take a regular appointment with your ob. Until then, take it easy. If cramps get worse, go to the er or call your doctor.
