8 month old refusing bottle

For the past couple of days my daughter will drink some of her bottle, pulling off multiple times, and will stop drinking it completely. I have tried in a sippy cup and the same thing happens. She will cry for more to eat though, which I'm not understanding. I checked her mouth for possible thrush, and nothing's there. She will use her pacifier and eat food just fine, but refusing her bottles. Her pediatrician isn't in today. Has anyone else went through this?
