I have my 11w 4d ultrasound today at 12noon. Which is 2hrs and 45mins from now.. Just wondering is it best to go on an empty stomach? No food or water? Or i can eat and drink before hand?

Food doesn't affect it at all so if you're hungry eat. They usually want you to drink a large amount of water to help fill your bladder and it pushes your uterus up so they can see it better.

You need to drink 1 litre of water 1 hour before your appt. They need a full bladder.
